Welcome to AstonMartinBits.com. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline our policies around ordering, payment, delivery, returns, and more.
1. Stock Availability and Product Condition
We list two types of products on our website:
1.1 In-Stock Items
These items are held at our premises and available for dispatch once payment has been authorised.
Many items have variations including:

Condition: New / Used

Sub-condition for used items: Excellent, Good, Fair, Damaged, or for Restoration

Additional attributes: Colour, finish, or fitment details
Used items will have individual condition notes and, where appropriate, unique photographs. If multiple similar items exist, we may contact you with photos and details of the specific part offered for confirmation before dispatch.
1.2 Order-on-Request Items (Supplier-Sourced / Aston Martin Items)
Some products are not physically held in our stock and must be sourced directly from Aston Martin Ltd or other approved suppliers, this usually takes around 3 working days.

Availability, pricing, and production schedules are entirely controlled by Aston Martin Ltd.

Many parts are manufactured in limited batches and may require tooling to be recommissioned.

As a result, lead times can be long, variable, or unknown at the time of ordering i.e Leather parts
Once you place an order, we will contact Aston Martin Ltd to confirm availability and any estimated lead time where possible. Please note that estimated lead times are not guaranteed and may change without notice.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods, in this order of preference:

Bank transfer, international money order, or banker’s draft

Cash on collection (by prior arrangement only)

2.1 Orders for Parts
For any items ordered directly from Aston Martin Ltd or manufactured to order:

Full (100%) payment is required upfront

Payments for special order parts are non-refundable once the order has been placed with Aston Martin Ltd, unless Aston Martin confirms the part cannot be supplied.
If Aston Martin Ltd later confirms that the part is unavailable, any payments made will be refunded in full.
3. Delivery Policy and Costs
We ship worldwide and use a variety of courier services to provide the most efficient and cost-effective service possible.
3.1 Delivery Charges
Due to the varied size, weight, value, and packaging requirements of our products, delivery costs are not calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery will be quoted after order review.
3.2 Dispatch Times

Parts are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days of confirmed payment.
3.3 Oversized or Specialist Shipments
Certain items, such as body panels or large trim pieces, require specialist packaging and may incur higher delivery costs due to courier size and weight restrictions.
3.4 Delivery Confirmation
All courier shipments are tracked and require a signature. Please inspect the package carefully upon delivery before signing.
4. Tax Charges and Customs
All products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
You are responsible for:

Any customs duties

Import VAT or local taxes

Brokerage or clearance fees
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, your local Government website should have this information on imports.
5. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
5.1 In-Stock Items
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. A full refund or exchange will be offered provided the item is:

Unused

Still sealed and in its original packaging
Return shipping is at your cost. Items must be returned with suitable protection and tracking.
5.2 Supplier-Ordered (Aston Martin) Items
Items ordered from Aston Martin Ltd or other suppliers are normally non-cancellable and non-returnable, as they are often manufactured or sourced specifically for your order.
Cancellation may only be accepted if:

Aston Martin Ltd confirms the item cannot be supplied, or

We agree to cancellation in writing (a handling or restocking fee of up to 30% may apply where permitted).
5.3 Used Electrical Components
We do not accept returns of used electrical components due to their sensitive nature and the difficulty of testing.
5.4 Faulty Items
Faulty items must be reported via email to parts@astonmartinbits.com for a returns authorisation,and returned within 1 month at your cost. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
We are not liable for additional costs such as labour, consumables, diagnostic time, or vehicle downtime.
6. Damaged or Missing Goods
If a parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, please sign for it as “damaged” and take clear photographs of both the packaging and the item.
All claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt by emailing parts@astonmartinbits.com, quoting your order number.
7. Guarantee
All parts are guaranteed to be as described.

New parts may carry additional warranties from Aston Martin Ltd; please enquire for details.

Used parts are supplied with a 3-month warranty against material defects only.
Fair wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect installation is not covered.
All parts must be fitted by a qualified professional.
8. Complaints
For complaints or feedback, please email parts@astonmartinbits.com.
We aim to handle all issues promptly, fairly, and professionally.
9. Privacy and Security
We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
Your information will be used only to:

We will never sell or share your data with third parties unless legally required.
10. Trade Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure descriptions and images are accurate.
However, minor variations may occur, particularly with used or heritage parts.
If you are unsure about suitability or condition, please contact us before ordering.
We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to colour as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen accurately portrays the true colour of the product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
